Carolyn Moss: Carolyn is an accomplished architect with over 30 years of experience in delivering deep energy retrofits to homes in Toronto. She is one of Canada's first LEED accredited architects and is certified in Passive House and Net Zero, making her capable of transforming even the oldest homes into energy-efficient marvels. As the co-founder of Homes to Zero and the founder of the Net Zero Architects Network, Carolyn has dedicated her career to sustainable design. As Principal Architect at MOSS SUND, Carolyn leads a team of professionals who share this passion.
Trish Long: Trish is the founder of Switch Heat Pumps, a climate-based heating and cooling company that is leading the way on residential heat pumps. With a background in finance, climate policy and energy audits, Trish has always been passionate about up and coming technologies that will modernize our collective skills and make us leaders in the global clean economy. Past positions include Merrill Lynch, Evergreen Brick Works and the Pembina Institute.
Rebecca Ross: Rebecca Ross is the Sales Manager at Bluewater Energy, a leading firm specializing in the design & build of renewable energy solutions. Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise to the sales team, graduating with honours in Sociology from the University of Waterloo. She also holds a Public Relations certificate from Ryerson University, complemented by a certificate in the Fundamentals of Selling from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
Since joining Bluewater Energy in May 2021, Rebecca has been instrumental in spearheading presentations on renewable energy solutions, focusing particularly on requirements for Net-Zero/Net-Zero Ready homes as outlined through the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA). Her leadership in these initiatives includes being involved in the CHBA Net-Zero Council and active participation in Integrated Design Process charrettes organized by Building Knowledge Canada /sponsored by Enbridge.
